The user has the option of installing the netbook with either the Linpus Lite 9.4 version of Linux or Windows XP operating systems. The ECS G10IL also has a 1.3 mega pixel camera that provides high-resolution graphics. Engaging in videoconferences through messaging systems is enhanced.

Cons

Like other netbooks, the downside is that there’s no optical drive; hence, there’s a need to have an external drive to install certain programs or applications.
